Ingredients

- 1 pound salmon, skin on - 1/2 cup soy sauce - 1/4 cup brown sugar - 1/4 cup rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons sesame oil - 1 tablespoon ground ginger - 1 tablespoon minced garlic - 1 teaspoon black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes - 1/4 cup chopped green onions - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. 3. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the marinade. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. 5. Sprinkle with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds and serve


Tips

- For a more flavorful salmon, marinate it for at least 30 minutes before baking. - You can also grill or pan-fry the salmon instead of baking it. - Serve the salmon with rice, vegetables, or your favorite sides.
