Important Change to Managing AWS Secret Access Keys
API keys, database credentials, and other secrets are essential for applications to access resources and perform various tasks. However, managing these secrets securely can be a challenge, especially at scale. AWS Secrets Manager provides a secure and convenient way to store, manage, and rotate secrets, reducing the risk of unauthorized access or misuse.
Previously, AWS customers could manage AWS secret access keys through the AWS Management Console, AWS Command Line Interface (AWS CLI), or AWS SDKs. We are making a change to this process to enhance the security of your AWS secret access keys and protect your AWS resources from unauthorized access.
